RETURN POLICY

What do you need to do in exchange for a refund or refund?

Package the product you receive.

1. You may return most new items within 10 days of delivery for a refund with only some cases as below:

You receive an incorrect item

Your order contains damaged product(s)

Your order has a printing mistake

Part of your order is missing from the package

We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

2. Free return for States free tax : Montana, New Hampshire, Delaware, Oregon, Alaska.

3. The following items may not be returned:

Samples

Custom items

Made to Order items

One of a Kind items

Rug pads that have been opened

Items marked as "Final Sale"

4. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return via Contact Us or Email: contact.prosprts@gmail.com

We will promptly send you an Label Return and please paste it outside the return package and send it to the UPS station near you.

REFUND POLICY

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 7 to 14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:

You receive an incorrect item

Your order contains damaged product(s)

Your order has a printing mistake

Part of your order is missing from the package

Once we receive the return product please allow 5 - 7 days business to process for you.

All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.

If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days.
